Hardeep and Nav Singh have run a convenience store in Carlton for 25 years and always had a good trade of cold, fresh sandwiches which were made in store every day but they wanted to take it to the next level. They wanted to appeal to the high volume of passing trade and so decided to contact the team at Stone Willy’s Kitchen.

‘We had heard about Stone Willy’s Kitchen and knew how popular their hot food-to-go products were and thought it would work perfectly in our convenience store as we have a lot of passing trade from breakfast time and throughout the day. Stone Willy’s Kitchen worked with Hardeep on the design, branding and menu’s to create a hot food to go solution providing pizzas, hot wraps, hot side dishes and smoothies and within the first couple of weeks demand was so high they had to begin opening the store into the evening – something that hadn’t been viable in the past.

‘Our sales went up by £2000 per week within a couple of weeks of opening and this continues to grow. We are now considering delivering pizzas to meet the high demand.’
