We purposefully choose a small 3m x 2m stand to emphasise to shops what little space was required in house for them to add a food to go offering.
Our new Cold Display has purpose designed to present a huge amount of fresh food to the customer and encourage them to try a product. There is no doubt customers are increasingly preferring seeing food prepared in front of them as many companies in the ‘fast casual’ food category are moving in this direction. However, we’ve gone one step further: the addition of an ambient shelf allows us to present food that is ready to go. This not only saves time in peak periods but also allows the customer to get a instant idea of what their lunch could be…much easier than an extensively detailed menu board.
